Benefits to your business
A result in two weeks:
This is a high-impact and mutually-beneficial opportunity that offers ambitious students invaluable work experience and gives you the chance to progress a project or business challenge that you’ve perhaps been putting off due to resource or time limitations.
A fresh perspective:
Alternatively, you may have a long-standing process that needs a fresh perspective in a short amount of time.
Strengthening your employer brand:
There are longer term benefits to putting your brand in front of tomorrow’s young professionals, namely helping to position your business as a graduate employer of choice.
A space to work: Students will provide their own laptops but will need to be hosted by the company on day one to recieve the briefing of the project and their tasks. They will go back to the company's office on the last day to present the findings of their research.
A mentor: Businesses will be asked to appoint a mentor who can guide and support the team throughout the project.
Duration: 2 weeks in July
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Disciplines: Accounting, IT, Finance, Marketing, Business Analysis, Supply Chain and Logistics, Engineering, Policy and Social Sciences.
Work insurance will be covered by Readygrad.
