There are three Ignite graduate recruitment programs to choose from:

• Ignite Connect is a selective development program run on campus.  Delivered to a target cohort of penultimate year students, the program provides the opportunity to build employer branding and awareness, a deeper employer-student connection, and the development of a curated talent pipeline for summer internship programs) and/or graduate recruitment campaigns.
• Ignite Engage is a training and coaching program run in conjunction with your summer internship program to further differentiate your offering and build brand affiliation. A true training partnership model, the program enhances the attractiveness and outcomes of your summer internship programs, whilst also assisting candidates to become more effective and engaged in the workplace.
• Ignite Retain is a professional development program targeted at your offered graduates to keep them positively and consistently engaged with your organisation and helps to prepare them for the study to work transition.  Focused on increasing retention for your graduate recruitment process, Ignite Retain is the final step to secure sought after graduate talent in the competitive market.
