Jocelyn

Sydney
Bachelor of Finance

Jocelyn is a recent finance and accounting graduate seeking an internship as a graduate accountant in a public practice, commercial business or finance department. She offers a good understanding of accounts payable and receivable as well as experience using MYOB. Jocelyn hopes to use her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to contribute meaningfully whilst developing her accounting knowledge and experience during an internship.

Clementine

Sydney

University of Newcastle

Clementine is a talented accounting graduate who holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Accounting from Shanghai, China. She received a high distinction in contemporary accounting issues and distinction in financial accounting, and would like to apply that knowledge through an internship.

Clementine has a strong academic background, as well as accounting work experience here in Australia. Her experience in Newcastle has provided her with skills in Excel, MYOB and administration.She generated accurate profit and loss statements weekly, handled all internal accounting entries, prepared monthly accruals for the company’s different accounts, handled tax returns for individuals, small businesses, partnerships and companies, and prepared PAYG Payment Summaries for company staff members. She has a huge interest in Australian Tax Laws and enjoys problem solving. She offers one year relevant accounting experience and is a fluent Mandarin speaker with good communication and analytical skills.

Nana

Nana is a proactive, ambitious and intelligent professional. In his home country of Ghana, he worked as an economics teacher in a high school, and a Customer Relations Officer and Personal Banker at Ghana Commercial Bank. Since arriving in Australia, Nana has completed his Master of Professional Accounting at Australian Catholic University, in which he achieved high distinctions in corporate governance and risk management. He is currently undertaking an accounting training program in Sydney, to improve his MYOB and Excel knowledge. Nana is incredibly excited to gain his first accounting internship experience in Australia.

Cindy

Kent Institute of Business and Technology, Sydney

Cindy is a dedicated and self-motivated graduate who has recently completed her Bachelors of Business majoring in Accounting. Cindy holds previous corporate experience in Sydney as well as experience from back home in Manila (Philippines). She is currently pursuing an internship position where she can utilise her current skill set and knowledge in order to apply herself in assisting the enhancement of an organisation’s operations. As a detail-orientated, accounting student, coupled with her brilliant interpersonal skills, Cindy is looking to apply herself and grow personally and professionally in a Junior Accountant position. She is also looking forward to working alongside an experienced and professional host company mentor who can assist her in growth and learning.

Jing

Macquarie University

Jing is an efficient and enthusiastic graduate with a Masters of Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney and a Bachelor of Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Jing previously interned locally in Sydney for KPG Holdings where she assisted management with the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and managed superannuation funds and weekly payroll for 120 staff. More recently Jing has worked as a bookkeeper at a patisserie in Mosman where she gained experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable, MYOB, cash counting and banking on a daily basis, compilation of monthly cost and budgeting reports for kitchens and preparation of weekly bank reconciliations for several supplier accounts. Jing is an excellent team player and is eager to learn. She is seeking an opportunity where she can gain further valuable experience and can contribute to the growth, efficiency and productivity of the organisation as a whole.

Prerana

Sydney
Bachelor of Commerce
Southern Cross University

After completing a Diploma of Commerce at the Sydney Institute of Business Technology, Prerana studied a Bachelor of Commerce at Southern Cross University. She is determined to pursue a career in accounting, particularly taxation which she has realised she has a particular interest in. Despite not having professional accounting experience, Prerana has considerable local customer service experience which has refined her communication skills and professionalism. In terms of her technical ability, she is a self-starter, having independently studied MYOB and QuickBooks. Prerana is looking forward to securing an internship at a company which has a diverse workforce and celebrates this diversity.
