In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will be involved in the process of designing new product packaging for rollout during the busy Christmas period whilst having creative and artistic input. You will have the opportunity to improve your web development skills as you assist with changes and upgrades which are currently being applied to the company website. You will partake in team brainstorms and daily meetings surrounding projects. You will develop your communications skills as you interact with the Operations Director, Marketing Team and Lead Developer and become a member of a rapidly growing company with great culture that takes pride in developing junior talent.

In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will gain knowledge of the HR functions within the recruitment department including on boarding and off boarding processes, employment contract and job advertisement preparation, and how to conduct interviews and phone screening. After two months, you will rotate to the health and safety departments and be involved in several projects to improve employee wellbeing and assist the project manager with the associated administration tasks including issuing surveys, internal and external document preparation and more. You will have the opportunity to further develop your communications skills within a professional environment as you coordinate with various departments to exercise HR tasks.

In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will learn alongside the IT Manager you will teach you the steps of current projects involving the setup of an internal ERP. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to decipher their requirements and undergo process mapping for the implementation of the ERP. You will develop your understanding of Vendor Management by shadowing in various meetings and negotiations. You will gain insight into the end to end processes of IT support for internal customers through incident management and issuing change requests.

In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will have the opportunity to gain sound knowledge of the key metrics and ratios used in business decision making and develop your skills in various software. You will develop your communication skills as you interact with various departments, senior staff and executives. You will be supported by a hands on mentor and have exposure to various BI tools and develop your understanding of data analysis in a high performing, globally listed organisation.

In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will be exposed to a number of projects whilst being mentored by the Project Manager and Site Supervisor. You will gain insight into project costing, management of subcontractors and suppliers, procurement, and control and monitoring of safety in line with policies and procedures. You will learn to manage QA requirements in accordance quality, environmental and safety management systems.

In addition to the specified learning outcomes of this program you will gain valuable engineering experience and learn within the heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering teams. You will learn how to develop test plans for HVAC unit ratings, qualifications and perform reliability testing. You will be involved in product development tasks such as testing and test support to identify and address product design issues that affect production and operation. You will develop your communications skills as you interact with the teams to discuss product development and continuous improvement, whilst your written communication skills will be enhanced as you ensure documentation is kept up to industry standards. You will be mentored by industry experts within an organisation ensuring the next generation of engineers in their field are nurtured and developed to the highest standard.
